Self-Awareness and Reflective Practice – Rivervale (24 November & 1, 8, 15 December)
Who Can Participate?
Everyone over the age of 18 is welcome to attend.
Explore your sense of self-awareness as we develop reflective skills and mindfulness practices to create a better sense of balance in our lives. Together we’ll explore physical, emotional and social awareness, links to mindfulness practices, and uncover how we can improve our health and the communities around us.
1. Explore a range of areas in which you could increase awareness of yourself and others.
2. Begin to form an idea of what you think your ‘best self’ is.
3. Consider the barriers to finding balance and develop strategies to overcome them.
4. Participate in a variety of activities to develop reflective skills and form your own concepts of and uses for self-awareness.
