Self-Care for Those Who Live Alone – Online Course (18, 25 November & 2, 9 December & 6 January)
Who Can Participate?
Everyone over the age of 18 is welcome to attend.
Living alone can be challenging. Together we’ll explore different self-care techniques, learn how to form enriching new habits and break those that no longer serve you.
1. Examine how self-care can benefit your wellbeing.
2. Explore the difference between being alone and feeling lonely.
3. Learn how to form new habits.
4. Create your own personal self-care plan.
This course is being delivered online via Zoom. Students require access to a compatible device and Zoom account.
